Hey guys it’s been a while since I posted on here but I have been on holiday and I have been working a lot more at my part time job so haven’t really had much time to sit down and have some me time!
I just have returned from the most amazing holiday with my boyfriend we stayed in this gorgeous hotel in Ibiza, it had just been refurbished and was amazing. The decor was minimalistic, the food was to die for! Finally the staff were so amazingly friendly we really wanted to go back. Unfortunately the prices have rocketed double, so we have booked Ibiza again but another brand new hotel! We are excited to go back.
Originally my boyfriend was so confused why we had to pay a lot of money for a week holiday, then when he got to the hotel he was truly amazed just like me. He realised you do pay for what you get unfortunately! 😂
The hotel is The Iberostar Santa Eualia , the food was amazing! It is unusual to go to a hotel and the food be outstanding to the point it could of been from a high class restaurant!
The desserts were the best part;
It was self serve so you could be as greedy as you liked!
Also at dinner they gave you a complimentary cocktail upon arrival …. Very fancy! Our favourite was the mojito. Some nights we wasn’t sure what type of cocktail it was perhaps below it was a sangria?
We did go half board as although the food is loverly there are some surrounding restraunts and beach bars worth trying. Also Santa eualia is only a short bus ride away, the town has some beautiful restaurants along the marina aswell as loverly ice cream parlours.
We had some loverly lunch one day at neighbour hotel at Nikki Beach Ibiza it was pricey but the service was exceptional!
If anyone hasn’t been to the quiet side of Ibiza do try it! It has a different feel than the party side, it is less tacky and very beautiful!
Me and my boyfriend 🙂
I love this pair of linen shorts I bought for my holiday, they are so versatile and can be worn day to day in the British sunny weather. The stripy pattern is very in this season with fashion houses such as Motel and Superdry, integrating the style in their summer season fashion ranges.
This pair only cost five pounds and could be worn on holiday with a cute bandeau and choaker or in the British weather with a nice nude body like the one in the photo.
It’s taken me a few years to come up with a good recipe for baking the perfect sweet potatoes.
Firstly their either too soggy, or too dry 🙈.
I have come to a conclusion that they only taste perfect with Cajun spices on them, I’ve tried many other methods with just salt and pepper (too bland), paaprika (too bland). The Cajun spices are a perfect paring with sweet potato, they taste really sweet and not too spicy if you just put a little sprinkle on; it gives them a good kick.
First you have to slice the sweet pots so that they are thin; like so. I find cutting into chips is too much hassle and because the diameters are often equal in the circle-like shape, it makes it easier to cook and coat with spices and oil. Also easier to flip over half way.
The ingredients are also placed in the photo. I added sweetener to enhance the sweet potatoes, I saw a recipie online to add sugar so I thought I’d add sweetener to see what happens. I’ve tried both recipes and both taste just as good; obviously this recipe is healthier for you.
To help coat the sweet pots evenly I placed in a sandwich bag and put a teaspoon of each spice and sweetener in. Followed by two dessert spoons for coconut oil melted.
Then cook on oven 200c for 30 mins turning half way. This time can be increased or decreased; depending on how thick the sweet potatoes are.
I had a cocktail yesterday because it was so sunny! I know that’s a bad on a Monday but I loved the sunshine, you can’t not have a cocktail when it’s 24c in England! I weighed myself also and have lost weight yay. All these weekends not binging is paying off.
Had a loverly day in the sunshine today on my day off sipping cocktails and enjoying the view of my beautiful city Liverpool!
I love this blouse from Zara I bought it in the sale back in January. It’s great either paired with leggings or some ripped jeans.
The ripped jeans are Asos and a great wardrobe staple in the winter and summer.
I love Pandora it’s so cute if you want to buy a special present for someone for an occasion or a sentimental gift.
Jewlery is something us ladies cherish, it helps to keep those amazing memories forever wrapped around our wrist and neck.
My ultimate favourites from the brand at the moment are;
The divine “Sparkling love-knot ring” £50.
It looks so classy on your finger yet not too blingy. It sparkles in all the right places 😍.
The “sparkling hearts” studs, £65.00
I am a sucker for sparkly earnings I wear them every single day in my ears, this pair are adorable and would go with everything.
Finally the “Sparkling heart necklace pendant” £ 45.00
I love that this could be a matching set, little sparkly glimmers add ounces of glam to any outfit. I know that these items are on my graduation wish list 😍💜.
So I’ve been trying for ages now experimenting with different techniques and ingredients.
Firstly protein in brownies is a very HIGH risk ingredient as this can make them rubber-like especially when using cheap brands, so I started to explore other options for a healthy ‘treat’.
However… I have come up with the most gorgeous rich brownie recipie for all you guys. Combining some recipes I’ve sourced from the internet and a little bit of initiative myself 🙌🏽.
It’s so rich it looks really dark brown. Oh my god, I have never had anything like it. They cook really nicely in the oven, you have to make sure you let it cool for it not to all break apart. Once they have cooled they are super fudgey and decadent 😍😍😍.
I paired this dessert with muller light vanilla yoghurt and it tasted just like a cheat dessert but less calories! Amazing!!
I did add dark as well as milk choc chips, this will help add to the richness of the brownie. You cannot even taste the sweet potato! Make sure you mash it up superfine to almost a pulp, because otherwise you will taste it! This is why I put my sweet pots in the microwave with extra coconut oil to help smooth the texture of them.
(Lol I eat the end was too yummy!)
Here is the ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Ground almonds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 small sweet potatoes mashed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 120-18g dark chocolate (+ milk chips of desired).
- Preheat oven to 350f/ 176c.Boil sweet potatoes till about 15 mins, mash them and then place in a bowl pour over a teaspoon of coconut oil and microwave for 2 mins. This will really help make the sweet potatoes go creamy and easy to mix with!
- Add the maple syrup 8/12 dark chocolate chunks and microwave for another 30/20 seconds. The chocolate will melt so stir.
- In another bowl add the cocoa powder and ground almonds, then combine the sweet potato mixture.
- Add the maple syrup stir thoroughly, vanilla extract and the coconut oil.
- Cook for 20 mins in a grease proof dish. Wait to cool and serve and enjoy ☝🏽️😘.

I love love love the colour palette I’m wearing today ; rose gold, camel and light pink!
I love the rose gold colour ATM it looks so classy with any outfit combination.
I snapped up the top in Zara, in the sale back in January can you believe it?
The top has really pretty detailing on the neckline, not like your average roll neck, it has a Victorian edge to it.
Victorian blouses are a must this season, and this style approaches the trend in a cool way.
My jeans are so Kanye West met ball right now! I love them, light jeans are a key staple in any wardrobe. Especially during the summer season. They are so comfy, this pair is from St. John’s in Liverpool.
My suede jacket is a style steal from my fave shop Primark. I love it! Such a good buy💅🏼. I feel so cute in it and it literally goes with everything I wear!
