Sunny days

Loving this sunny weather at the moment! What greater way to celebrate the sunshine, than to nip on a fab pair of culottes.

This weather is so unpredictable, so when it’s sunny we as Britons really have to make the most of it.

I LOVE cutlottes, theier great to chuck on when your feeling a bit bloated, or if it is really hot. They are incredibly complementing to all figures; did I mention their on trend too?

Wide legged trousers are the new skinny trousers this season. I always go for the same types of clothes in summer; long dresses and lighter skinny jeans. However, sometimes wearing jeans during summer is hard work because it gets so clammy!

My whole outfit is from primark again! ( apart from the body and trainers). They have some amazing bits this season or if you want some higher priced items Zara also are on point this season too. They have so many cute bohemian and nautical style items.

The trousers were ten pounds and the jacket 15!

A suede jacket this summer will really help you look on trend. Many designers such as, Balmain’s PFW SS16 collection displayed an erray of suede fabric designs throughout his fashion show. Who could forget the Gigi-Kendal hair swap either? Pair with any item will bring an instant; classy-chic.

The body is topshop and shoes St. John’s! ☺️❤️☝🏽️.

Estée Lauder double wear alternative.

Do you ever get tired of spending loads of money for cosmetics?

It’s enviable to say that when it comes to makeup especially foundation, the more money you spend the better the coverage and look.

However being on a, ever long budget, I’m sure as some of you agree. Some months are harder to top up on your favourite expensive beauty products!

Mine ultimate favourites is Estée Lauder double wear; I go for spiced sand. It gives me the right amount of coverage and lasts forever. As I’m going on holiday and trying to cut back on money I wanted to find a cheap alternative.

This is where I came across Revlon photo ready air brush effect foundation. It is a little lighter in weight than the Estée Lauder foundation. However, it’s not too heavy but provides just the right amount of coverage in two coats. I ❤️❤️❤️ Estée Lauder foundation though, only for special occasions. Sometimes wearing it everyday can cause my skin to break out.

In total the Revlon foundation costs about 12 pounds saving over 15 pounds of money. I want to try the nars foundation next what are your thoughts?

💜👑Princess Hair 👑💜

So for a while (about a year) I have been trying to replenish my hair from numerous damage occurred through bleaching and styling.

I also never used to go and get my hair cut! I never realised how important it is for hair health to get it trimmed regularly. My hair was so bad I could not even style it at the ends it was just like a massive bit of straw. I ALWAYS have been envious of girls with long princess hair, I was just so frustrated with the condition of my hair, it really got me down . I became determined to change it!

Last year I went to Andrew college hair academy, mainly because it was so cheap for a trim. I spoke to the lady in there and she told me I must get it trimmed for it to grow healthy again. I did not believe her, but I thought what have I got to loose because my hair is so damaged anyway.

I started trimming it regularly and started using both these products from Ogx and pure coconut oil from aldi. The night before I wash my hair I drench it in coconut oil, place it in a bun or some plaits, then the morning after condition and shampoo my hair using these products below.

The conditioner in the picture below has worked wonders on my hair! It’s not too heavy but nourishing enough to supply my hair with the right moisture and nutrients. It’s only 4/6 pounds from Superdrug and works just like an expensive hair conditioner (like MOrracan Argon oil, Tigi bed head antidotes resurrection conditioner or Kerastse) I use this keratin spray as it helps to strengthen the hair whilst styling, it’s great and lightweight to double up as an everyday oil. The spray costs 7 pound but lasts months, very versatile and worth the money.
